Turkey Meat Loaf
What you need: Cross Blade Meal Mixer
3 large egg whites
1 small yellow onion (peeled and halved)
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 sprig fresh parsley
1 lb turkey tenderloin (or ground turkey)
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
First... preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add... all ingredients in the order they appear into the Meal Mixer. Pulse... (about 10 - 20 times) keeping an eye on consistency (less for chunky meatloaf - more for fluffy meatloaf). Scoop... the blended ingredients into a lightly oiled loaf pan. Then... cook for about an hour or until fully done.
Toppings: For some extra zing, add ketchup or tomato sauce to the top of your meatloaf before cooking.
